One of the things I’m most proud of is my loyalty and commitment to team. If you’re on my team, I’ll do whatever it takes to fight for you and expect you to do the same.
When I was younger, I survived an illness. Now, I'm healthier than ever. I believe what pulled me through was my determination to get back to football. I refused to give up and I won.
Whenever a teammate is having a hard time, I reach out. I know how it feels to be on the outside wanting in. As former LSU Coach Paul Dietzel has said, "You learn more character on the two-yard line than anywhere else in life."
